reductores de permeabilidad en proporciones t\u00e9cnicamente controladas, con propiedades o caracter\u00edsticas de cohesividad, fluidez y textura en estado fresco y adecuado desempe\u00f1o mec\u00e1nico en estado endurecido.<\/p><p>El concreto de baja permeabilidad impide la ascensi\u00f3n por capilaridad del agua en contacto con el concreto en muros y cimentaciones, ayudando a mitigar los ataques por agentes qu\u00edmicos agresivos para el concreto tales como sulfatos y bi\u00f3xido de carbono disueltos en agua.<\/p><p>El dise\u00f1o de la mezcla del concreto de baja permeabilidad se elabora con una baja relaci\u00f3n agua cemento (intervalo de 0.35 a 0.50), resultando un producto homog\u00e9neo, compacto exento de fisuras al cabo de su colocaci\u00f3n en la estructura, siempre y cuando se observen las pr\u00e1cticas constructivas que la experiencia ha considerado correctas, en especial, lo relacionado con la colocaci\u00f3n y el
